I am Dr. Mary Underwood
My academic research and professional work are focused on holistic healing and researching the mind and body. I have a passion for learning, discovering, and developing new ways to support the personal growth and optimal wellness of my family, friends, clients, and myself.

I am very grateful and honored to get to walk along side so many incredible individuals to support them on their journeys. It is an absolute gift to witness their unique inner spark begin to shine brighter than ever.
Since 2011, I have been practicing brain integration therapy supporting children, teens, and adults to improve their ability to think, focus, concentrate, release trauma, and relate to others optimally. I now incorporate the principles of somatic psychology, interpersonal
neurobiology, and depth psychology into my work.

In addition to supporting individuals to improve their cognition, I have had the honor of working with clients experiencing Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injuries, allergies, chronic physical pain, debilitating back pain, trauma, and relational challenges within families, couples, and individually.
